Domestic Shipping

Following are the shipping charges for pan-India:

• Pre-paid orders above Rs. 1000- Free

• Pre-paid orders in kerala Rs. 1000- Rs. 60-80

• Prepaid orders outside Kerala- Rs. 100-120

All orders usually gets shipped within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Ilming.co is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Ilming.co. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Ilming.co , including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

International Shipping:

International orders are dispatched within 2-3 days working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 2-3 weeks for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.

Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which will be calculated during checkout. 

Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. ilming.co will not be responsible for delays during customs check.

Gift Wrap

At this time we don’t offer the option of gift wrapping our products. We are however working towards introducing the option soon.
