Refund Policy

Return / Refund / Replacement : 

If you have received a damaged product :

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at shop@ilming.co with images of the damaged product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 
Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Returns are not accepted for personalized products or on products that was purchased during sale.

Cancellation :

We do not accept any cancellation requests.

Changes in your order information

If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at shopilming@gmail.com to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
